Career and operating capital
Section titled “Career and operating capital”Public profiles place He in television presentation and marketing before she helped build OKCoin and later worked at mobile-video company Yixia Technology. Those roles supplied audience-growth, brand, recruiting, and fundraising networks rather than evidence of inherited crypto capital. Family relationship with CZ
Section titled “Family relationship with CZ”Yi He and Changpeng Zhao (CZ) share both a Binance co-founding history and a family relationship as parents. A January 24, 2025 Bloomberg News report hosted by Bloomberg Tax explicitly states that they have three children together. The report supports shared parenthood and the number of children, but does not establish a registered marriage. This dossier therefore does not label He as CZ’s wife. Parenthood also does not establish ownership percentages, joint-property arrangements, or inheritance rights.

- Early 2025: Binance Labs became YZi Labs. In a February 2 public post, He said it operated independently, with Ella Zhang as head and CZ directly managing Labs. She described Labs investments and Binance listings as decisions of separate teams. Her 2022 Labs appointment must be distinguished from the subsequent YZi Labs management structure; the historical title does not establish that she still directly leads YZi Labs.
Capital path and ownership limits

These are not interchangeable with Binance customer deposits, exchange trading volume, company treasury, or the assets managed by Binance Labs/YZi Labs.
