Evidence first

The project separates primary records, direct interviews, reputable secondary reporting, inference, and unverified claims. “No evidence found” describes the boundary of public research; it does not prove mathematical non-existence.

Stable entities

People, networks, organizations, and reports use stable English IDs. Translated display text does not change their relationships.

Dated rankings

Network rankings are stored as dated snapshots with a named provider and metric. Market cap, TVL, and activity are not merged into an unexplained composite score.

Bilingual publication

The Changpeng Zhao, Justin Sun, and Chandler Guo dossiers began with Simplified Chinese research material. Each has since been re-researched claim by claim, corrected, and independently reviewed against public sources. Later dossiers may be researched in both languages together. Every edition preserves paths, entity IDs, source attribution, and evidence strength.

reviewed means that the editors independently checked material claims and their cited support. It does not mean that every private fact is provable from public records. Unsupported material must be downgraded, removed, or clearly identified as attributed testimony or an unresolved question.
