Evidence first

The project separates primary records, direct interviews, reputable secondary reporting, inference, and unverified claims. “No evidence found” describes the boundary of public research; it does not prove mathematical non-existence.

Every dossier has a structured research record with four layers: a chronological capital path; asset and control boundaries; a key-claim evidence ledger graded A through D or Unknown; and priority open questions. A means a primary institutional record, B means direct testimony or multiple strong sources, C means reputable secondary synthesis, and D means a weak or uncorroborated lead. Grades measure support for a claim, not whether the subject is admirable or blameworthy.

The site never converts a token’s market capitalization, a company valuation, customer deposits, foundation reserves, or a fund’s assets under management directly into personal wealth. A defensible personal estimate would also require beneficial ownership, vesting, sales, dilution, taxes, debt, and liquidity discounts—usually unavailable in full.

Stable entities

People, networks, organizations, and reports use stable English IDs. Translated display text does not change their relationships.

Dated rankings

Network rankings are stored as dated snapshots with a named provider and metric. Market cap, TVL, and activity are not merged into an unexplained composite score.

Source dates and revisions

Person pages record the date on which cited web sources were accessed. Structured research records carry a version, review date, and revision summary. New evidence should update the record and narrative together; changing or inaccessible links are checked periodically and do not silently erase earlier conclusions.

Bilingual publication

The Changpeng Zhao, Justin Sun, and Chandler Guo dossiers began with Simplified Chinese research material. Each has since been re-researched claim by claim, corrected, and independently reviewed against public sources. Later dossiers may be researched in both languages together. Every edition preserves paths, entity IDs, source attribution, and evidence strength.

reviewed means that the editors independently checked material claims and their cited support. It does not mean that every private fact is provable from public records. Unsupported material must be downgraded, removed, or clearly identified as attributed testimony or an unresolved question.
