THE SWEET SPOT

Entry combinations worth watching

Recommendations use Pareto candidates within your preferences. Scores compare tradeoffs; they do not predict BTC prices or conversion probability.

UNDER THE HOOD

How are picks calculated?

01 / Remove dominated combinations

A quote is excluded from the Pareto set if another offers at least as much discount and period return with an equal or shorter term. At least one dimension must be strictly better.

02 / Compare distance to the ideal

Normalize discount, period return and term within your preferences. Measure Euclidean distance to the ideal: highest discount, highest return, shortest term. Closer scores higher. Equal treatment of the three dimensions is an explicit default preference, not an objective financial optimum.

03 / Mark meaningful knees

On each normalized curve, find the interior point furthest above the endpoint chord (threshold: 0.03). At least three points are required. No clear knee means no forced marker. Knees depend on the quotes and normalization range; they are not trading signals.

Formulas, interest conventions and data limitations
discount = 1 − target / spotperiod_return = APR × duration / 365effective_buy_price = target / (1 + period_return)effective_discount = 1 − effective_buy_price / spotmarginal_return/day = Δperiod_return / Δdurationscore = 100 × (1 − distance / √3)

APR is a decimal fraction: 0.2865 means 28.65%. Period return uses the API duration (quoted interest term). Wall-clock time until settlement is shown separately and may differ due to subscription and interest start times. Effective entry approximates the cost after principal and yield are converted at the target price. Actual subscription and settlement follow Binance rules.

Term marginals compare products quoted at the same observation time, not future rollover returns. BTC can fall further below the target; an effective discount does not protect principal value. Spot and product quotes are not atomic, and APR can change before subscription.
